Electrolink DAB solid state transmitter generation covers the following power ranges:
 VHF BIII - from 5W to 5kW
 L-BAND - from 5W to 1.2kW
 (higher output power available on request)
Each transmitter includes the following components:
- DAB Exciter (dual-exciter optional)
- Power Amplifiers (horizontal and vertical line)
- Stainless-steel rack with cooling system
- Power combiner
- Power distribution
- Control unit (for local/remote control)
- Step-down transformers (complete protection)
- Output Filter (DAB BIII and DAB L-Band)

All transmitters can boast outstanding technical parameters, optimum cost/benefit ratio, maximum reliability and ease of servicing. All the transmitters can be equipped with dual-exciter with automatic change-over unit.

The transmitter control logic unit, equipped with a touchscreen dispaly, can handle all the parameters and diagnostic about the equipment status and its related sub-units, providing all control functions. All transmitter and amplifier parameters required for diagnostics can be retrieved locally or remotely via standard (IP) protocol and standard software (both web-browser and SNMP applications). Each power amplifier is self-protected and self-controlled. The use step-down transformers provides a total redundancy and protection and allows easy installation and safety maintenance operations.

 

 

DAB / DMB OUTPUT FILTERS
Together with its transmiters, Electrolink can also provide the related output filter (for critical and non-critical mask), with very high technical performances.

ELECTROLINK DAB/DMB FILTERS
Electrolink has expanded its radio filter products to include DAB filters. Electrolink is providing filters with 6 (up to 8) cavities to meet the strict requirements of both the critical and non-critical masks. All the filters are fully compliant with the Eureka 147 international specification achieved at DAB (170 - 240 MHz) and L-Band (1452 -1492 MHz) frequencies at powers ranging from 200 W to 3 kW. All Electrolink fi lters are DAB band tunable and temperature compensated. The bandpass filters use light alloy and brass construction for stable high power performance.
